Macintosh Technical Support Engineers - Great working Environment and Benefits
Leading Software Company requires Technical Support Engineers with in-depth practical experience of Macintosh hardware and operating systems, especially MAC OS X. You should also have experience of working with Macintoshes on non-Macintosh networks, particularly Windows networks.. You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers requiring support . You will have a minimum of two years? experience in a Technical Support capacity. Excellent communications skills and a flexible approach to work is essential. Duties will include providing comprehensive telephone and email support to users of my client`s products, general troubleshooting and integration into a variety of operating systems, providing on-site support and consultancy to existing and potential customers, recreating customer network configurations on our test networks.
